Stylish in the rain!

Today has been a dark, cold day of heavy rain but I couldn’t stay home drinking some hot tea because I had many things to do. So I had to dress properly and face the stormy weather.

I did it wearing my leather leggings and a grey shirt paired with a black jacket and some plain boots. This time I completed the look with a posh umbrella from Harrods. It is the only reason why I love hanging out in the rain and it reminds me of those joyful days in London almost a year ago. I really hope I’ll use it very soon under my favourite rain in the whole world, London one, but ‘til then I’ll keep this piece of London here with me, just to dream a little bit more!

Bows and Dots

001 (9)

These last days have all been about waking up, too early, in the worst mood and trying to make things better through many different things. Pretty clothes, good food, new resolutions, sparkling makeup and sales shopping have been my therapy and really helped a lot.

Today I was also London nostalgic and this is why I decided to wear a top my mom bought for me while we were there. You already know I love dots and this blouse has also a pretty bow that makes it perfect to me! I paired it with a pair of black jeans and a blazer.  And the I went out to do some other shopping damage… Ops!!!

Blouse: Primark

Jeans: Zara

Bracelet: Accessorize

Ops!

Camicia: Primark

Jeans: Zara

Bracciale: Accessorize

London Souvenir

An other super busy day packing and getting ready to move out. Leaving this house makes me so sad and that’s why I’ve been in the worst mood ever during these last months. With one and only exception, of course: London. Those days were the happiest and the sweetest, so full of joy, love and Christmas magic. That’s why I decided to wear this sweater today: to bring some of that positive vibe back! Obviously I bought it in London, mostly to face the cold but also because I really like it.

Today I paired it with a stretch black dress, wool tights and black boots. A comfy outfit with a girly touch. ‘Cause if you’re in a bad mood you can still look pretty!

Sweater: Primark

Dress: Tezenis

Tights: Calzedonia

Maglione: Primark

Vestito: Tezenis

Calze: Calzedonia

They’ve been with me everywhere these last days. They’ve kept me warm and comfy, they’ve completed every single look with a touch of eccentric fun. They’ve definitely been my BFF during these London days!
They’re wool stocks and I’ve always liked them but I had never worn them this much. I wore mine with leggings, leather boots and comfy knitted sweaters.
Mine are from H&M, you can find them in stores and online (here)

Selfridges’ mirrors!!!

A quick post about a quick pic I took while I was trying something on at Selfridges’ fitting rooms!
A casual, warm outfit to take a long walk from Piccadilly to Marble Arch. The brocade leggings are from Tezenis, you can find them in stores, the sweater is from Zara, just like the boots, and the tee is from Happiness is a 10$ tee.
London… Well, London is just amazing as usual, covered in lights and full of this magic festive mood!

Home is where the heart is!

I left my heart in London when I visited it for the first time, some years ago. So I could say I’m going back there to take it back but the truth is I’m going back because I can’t stay away too long. From my heart. From my home.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to post from there so if I won’t I just wish you all a wonderful week, close to all your “hearts”!
Last thing: do you have any suggestion about what to see/do and where to go (to shop too, of course!)? I’ve been there before but I like to have some tips from other travellers! Thank you!

Grazie!
