These days I’ve got a lot on my mind but this little, deliciously scented box distracted me.. at least for a couple of minutes!
On my last visit to Rome, some days ago, I went to Lush to buy a scrub for the lips. I had heard many fabulous things about it and I really wanted to give it a try. After a tour of the store and so many scents confusing my nose I bought “Santa’s Lip Scrub”: a cola flavoured lip scrub in a limited edition. I loved ti so much that I decided to do some shopping (read major damage) online.
The result is in the pic above. The box arrived really quickly with four samples and a note from the shop assistant. And it immediately made the whole house smell so good!

In questi giorni ho molte cose per la testa, ma questo pacchetto profumatissimo é riuscito a distrarmi un po’.. Per un paio di minuti!
L’ultima volta che sono stata a Roma ho fatto una visitina da Lush per comprare uno scrub per le labbra. Avevo sentito molte cose favolose su questo prodotto e volevo provarlo da un po’. Dopo un giro del negozio ed il naso stordito da un tripudio di fragranze ho scelto “Fai Labbrava”, uno scrub all’aroma di frizzine alla cola in edizione limitata per Natale. L’ho amato talmente tanto fin dall’inizio che già il giorno dopo ho deciso di fare un po’ di shopping online (o meglio seri danni online!).
Il risultato é ben visibile nella foto sopra. L’ordine é arrivato molto velocemente con quattro campioni ed il biglietto di una commessa. Ed ha immediatamente invaso la casa con un profumo delizioso.
Vi parlerò di nuovo di alcuni dei prodotti, ma per adesso ecco la lista dei miei acquisti.

An other super busy day packing and getting ready to move out. Leaving this house makes me so sad and that’s why I’ve been in the worst mood ever during these last months. With one and only exception, of course: London. Those days were the happiest and the sweetest, so full of joy, love and Christmas magic. That’s why I decided to wear this sweater today: to bring some of that positive vibe back! Obviously I bought it in London, mostly to face the cold but also because I really like it.
Today I paired it with a stretch black dress, wool tights and black boots. A comfy outfit with a girly touch. ‘Cause if you’re in a bad mood you can still look pretty!

Altra giornata piena di impegni per me, tra scatoloni e preparativi per il trasloco. L’idea di lasciare questa casa mi rattrista enormemente e per questo negli ultimi mesi sono stata di pessimo umore. Con un’unica eccezione, ovviamente: Londra. Quelli londinesi sono stati giorni di grande felicità, amore e magia natalizia. Motivo per cui ho deciso di indossare questo maglione oggi: per riportare un po’ di tutta quella positività! Chiaramente l’ho comprato a Londra, soprattutto per il gran freddo, ma anche perchè mi era piaciuto molto.
Oggi l’ho abbinato ad un vestito nero elasticizzato, calze di lana a rombi e stivaletti neri. Un outfit comodo, ma femminile al tempo stesso. Perchè possiamo essere di pessimo umore, ma carine allo stesso tempo!
